The outfit of today involves one of my two latest vintage velvet finds - the other one is a deep blue velvet waistcoat with a purple lining that reminds me of Aladdin every time I see it. The dress that I wore last summer here and here, is now worn as a skirt, since it's too short on me to be really floor sweeping when worn as a dress. Both the jacket and the booties are regulars here (as well as the hat, rings and necklace I seem to pair with everything nowadays).
